The United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) has signed an agreement with AstraZeneca to supply 170 million doses of the new variant of Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine for 85 countries.
According to the statement by UNICEF, an agreement was executed between the Organization and AstraZeneca to supply the Covid-19 vaccine on behalf of the World Health Organization's vaccine programme, COVAX.
Under the agreement, UNICEF will supply 170 million doses of the vaccine from AstaZeneca for 85 countries.
