According to the Public Health Agency, the total casualties due to Covid-19 has increased to 86,147 with 286 deaths in the country in the last 24 hours.

The number of people detected with the virus increased by 25,207 to 3,712,020.

Out of 9,482 people who have been treated in hospitals in the last 7 days, 1,826 are in intensive care. The positivity rate of covid-19 tests increased to 7.1.

The prime minister's office said 80 per cent of those staying in elderly care centers and 25 per cent of people over the age of 75 had been vaccinated.
